There is no refund for unused days on daily and weekly rentals. For monthly rentals, if the customer returns the vehicle before the completion of the month, a refund will be applied, subject to the application of a shorter duration package.

A grace period is provided for every rental. Any further extensions will incur an additional day’s charge. If you anticipate a delay in returning the vehicle, please contact the branch or our toll-free number immediately.

What type of driver’s license is required to drive in the UAE?2024-07-22T16:19:36+04:00

UAE Resident Visa Holders: Must have a valid UAE license held for over a year.
Visitors with GCC Passports: A valid GCC country license is required.
Visitors from Other Countries: A valid International Driving License is mandatory. For a list of countries whose visa holders can drive without an international license, please call us at +971 50 838 0870.

Why do customers need a credit card to rent a car?2024-07-22T16:19:36+04:00

Credit cards are required for the security deposit. This amount is blocked, not deducted, from the card unless there are charges added to the contract after the vehicle is returned. Examples include Salik (Toll) fees and traffic fines.
