Traffic Regulations and Fines

All drivers must adhere to the road rules and regulations, including speed restrictions, parking, and lane discipline. The UAE has strict traffic rules, and at U Save Rent a Car, we urge all our customers to comply with these regulations strictly. Non-compliance can result in heavy fines. The most common traffic fines recorded, based on the data available to U Save Rent a Car, include:

• Exceeding the speed limit
• Failure to pay for parking
• Poor lane discipline
• Failure to follow traffic signals
• Failure to wear seat belts
• Using a phone while driving

While we handle the logistics of any fines incurred while renting a U Save Rent a Car vehicle, these costs will be passed on to the customer. Additionally, a 12% admin fee is applicable on all traffic fines for this service. We will invoice these charges as they are posted by the relevant authorities, which may result in a delay between the violation date and the customer being notified.

U Save Rent a Car is not responsible for any delays in invoicing or inaccuracies in the fines that may result from information received from various government systems.
