A grace period is provided for every rental. Any further extensions will incur an additional day’s charge. If you anticipate a delay in returning the vehicle, please contact the branch or our toll-free number immediately.

Why do customers need a credit card to rent a car?2024-07-22T16:19:36+04:00

Credit cards are required for the security deposit. This amount is blocked, not deducted, from the card unless there are charges added to the contract after the vehicle is returned. Examples include Salik (Toll) fees and traffic fines.

Is it possible to extend the rental period beyond the initial booking?2024-07-22T16:19:36+04:00

Absolutely. You can extend your rental at any time during the rental period by contacting the pick-up location or calling us at +971 50 838 0870.

If a customer has full insurance (SCDW), do they still need a police report if the vehicle is damaged?2024-07-22T16:19:36+04:00

Yes, a valid police report is mandatory for any insurance coverage to be applied. SCDW must be opted for at the time of booking or vehicle pick-up and cannot be added during the rental.
